Why does Parts Tracker say it's no longer registered?
Parts Tracker uses a Installation ID and a matching unlock number pair for licensing. The Installation ID is based on your centre details (centre name, address, lane count) and your model of computer. If you change your centre details, or change computer hardware, you need to re-register Parts Tracker.
There is no additional charge for this, unless you are installing Parts Tracker at a new centre. If you are re-installing at the same centre, you just need to email the new Installation ID to the support email address and you'll receive a new unlock number.
