Enhancements
- You can now change the day on which the week starts. This affects usage of week numbering for financial and trouble-calls. By default, this is Monday.
- The list of transactions for a specific part shown in the Stock Card can now be printed.
- There is now a Find Part button in the Parts List window allowing you to search by part number and name as an alternative to the quick search box at the bottom of the list.
- When adding a part transaction for a lane number, you can now specify a "pin".

Enhancements
- It is now possible to create tasks which are scheduled based on meter readings. A task schedule is used to specify the meter count interval. The meter entries are used to trigger creation of a task (found in the new Scheduled Maintenance tab in the Tasks list). The task will remain until completed. It will be re-created when the meter reading for that machine reaches the scheduled interval based on the meter reading closest to the last completion date.
- You can now view/print a frame/game count summary based on meters for a range of machines and dates.
- You can now enter meter readings for numbered machines (lanes) in the Meter Readings window (via Equipment - Meter Readings).
- It is possible to use an Excel spreadsheet as a custom template for exporting an order.
- You can now import pictures against equipment.
- A new diary feature can be used to store notes with user and timestamp. Notes can be queries, filtered, searched and printed. User permissions control whether editing is possible (for a person's own entries or anyone's). The Diary button is found on the Maintenance page of the main menu window.
- The Equipment window now includes a tab for Defects allowing defects to be logged against equipment directly (as opposed to only numbered machines).
- You can now print a label for a part, or list of parts.
- A new "Print Label" button in the equipment screen (next to the Barcode field) allows you print a label for the asset with a barcode.
- You can now modify the order date after you commit an order (it defaults to the date you commit the order). This is for cases where you might fill in the order some time after you actually verbally made it/provided the PO number, etc
- You can (optionally) lock the Parts List by default so that you have to press a button to edit. This behaviour is only enabled if you tick the "Lock primary part details by default" box in Settings -> Configure Parts Tracker Settings -> General.
- A new report "Operations Summary" has been added which lists work done, parts used, trouble calls, diary entries, defects fixed and current defects, given a date range.
- The Open Order window now has a Search button which allows you to find orders based on many different fields (essentially all the fields on the order).
- You can now control the order number format, choosing between month/year/sequence (e.g. Jan17-2) and an ID sequence number (e.g. 000123). Also you can optionally add a configurable prefix and suffix.
- You can (optionally) lock the Part screen by default so that you have to press a button to edit. This avoids editing parts accidentally. This behaviour is only enabled if you tick the "Lock primary part details by default" box in Settings -> Configure Parts Tracker Settings -> General.
- It is now possible to list/restore deleted orders. Choose Open Order and then select the Deleted filter. Double-clicking restores the order.
- The following fields are now supported by the parts import process: Supplier Part Number, Description, Minimum Quantity, Restock To Quantity, Default Order Quantity, Discontinued, Replaced By Part Number.
- The Parts List window lets you choose whether to display prices for a particular supplier, as well as an "<ALL - Preferred or Best>" option which displays the preferred supplier's price (if the part has a preferred supplier) or the best price of all suppliers.
- There are now separate permissions for viewing, adding, editing and deleting equipment.
- The Parts List window now allows filtering by supplier. This is defaulted to the supplier of an order if an order is open.
- Supplier form now includes an Active/Inactive status, notes, and website fields.

- Miscellaneous tasks now allow a Cancelled status. These are shown in a separate list. This allows keeping a record of tasks that were abandoned (without deleting them, although deleting is still supported as an option).

- Parts can be marked as discontinued in the Parts form. (Note: in a subsequent update, the flag will be used to filter searches and parts lists - currently it is just informational (only seen in the Part window)).
- A user with only the View Equipment permission can now view the Equipment window read-only (previously they couldn't open it at all).
- The Parts screen now includes a Barcode field. This is also used when searching by part number.
- You can now specify a Custom Number on a supplier which is shown on the Order print out.
- A new report listing fixed defects has been added.
- The Defect screen now includes a "Total Downtime" field allowing entry of an amount of time the machine was down (as distinct from the "Time Spent" field next to it which is how long it took actually working on the fault). You can enter the time in minutes, hours or days.
- Received orders can be exported in item/purchase format for use with MYOB® accounting system.
- The Daily Shift Tasks list now shows time required for each task (if defined) and the total time left for uncompleted tasks. This is based on the Time Required field on the Task Schedule.
